The African Digital Humanities Project is pleased to invite you to participate in the Reclaiming African Voices Hackathon, an exciting initiative focused on advancing African Digital Humanities through innovation, collaboration, and community engagement.
This hackathon brings together students, researchers, academics, developers, creatives, and digital humanities practitioners to explore how technology can be used to preserve, recover, and amplify African histories, languages, and lived experiences in the digital age. Participants will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions ranging from AI-powered language preservation tools to community-driven oral history platforms and interactive digital heritage projects.
