From our skies to our soil, from communities to continents, climate change affects us all—and meaningful action requires all our voices.
Join African leaders, students, academics and changemakers for an engaging virtual summit exploring the powerful intersection between climate action, peacebuilding, environmental monitoring, resource security and community resilience.
Building on the success of our Model United Nations (UN) MOOC—which engaged nearly 9,000 participants—this summit will bring the spirit of international collaboration online as we explore solutions, exchange perspectives and strengthen the skills needed to build a greener future.

This year’s closing ceremony takes place on the eve of South Africa’s Heritage Day—a meaningful moment to reflect on where we come from, what we inherit, and the future we choose to create together.
Our heritage is more than our history. It lives in our land, our communities, our knowledge, and the world we leave to those who come after us.
As we bring the Global Voices Climate Summit to a close, we invite you to join a conversation that connects identity, culture, heritage, and climate action—and challenges each of us to turn reflection into action.
Because the future is not simply something we inherit. It is something we shape.
