Two NEW pages to explore

Both are in the course now, ready when you are.

NEW Workshop recordings

Missed a workshop? Press play!

Revisit explanations and demonstrations at your own pace. Nine recorded workshops, all in one place. Each one opens on YouTube in a new tab, and nothing plays by itself.

The nine workshops

Moodle Proctoring
The Invigilator App
IRIS Proctoring
Student Support Contact Centre

Watch with a purpose: choose one question before you press play, pause to note one action, then return to the unit and check the current procedure.

Watch the recordings

Want to keep it light? Choose the one workshop that matches your topic on the Workshop recordings page.

Procedures can change between exam periods. If a recording and your current assessment instructions differ, follow the current instructions.

NEW Ask Lwazi

Not sure where to start? Ask Lwazi.

Chat with Lwazi, the Unisa AI study companion, right on the course page. Ask about what you will learn, then head into the units.

Try asking for

A short overview
Key topics
Tips to get started

Low on data? Ask for “5 bullets + 1-line recap” to keep the answers concise.

Keep it private. Keep passwords, verification codes, your identity document and real exam questions out of the chat.

Start in three steps

Short bites, 120 minutes in total. Work through the units in order the first time.

1

Start here

Open Getting Started.

See how the course works, then try the pre-course assessment, an online form.

2

Keep going

Work through Units 1 to 7. Begin with Unit 1: Find and access your exam.

Expect short explanations, screenshots, decisions, practice and reflection.

3

Finish line

Finish with the Final Course Quiz.

After the post-course assessment, check yourself with 15 multiple-choice questions.

Three good habits

Low on data? Use the course text first. Then watch only the recording that supports the topic you need. In Ask Lwazi, ask for “5 bullets + 1-line recap”.
Keep personal details private. Do not share passwords, verification codes or your identity document. Do not share confidential exam material, real exam questions or answer scripts in the course or in unapproved external services.
Check your own module first. Read your module’s current instructions, your exam timetable and your announcements before you rely on general guidance. If a recording and a current instruction differ, follow the current instruction.

Be ready. Be Confident. Succeed.

Take a little time now, so that on exam day you can focus more of your attention on answering the assessment.

Or jump straight to Workshop recordings or Ask Lwazi.

See you in the course!
