Must I be worried if my NSFAS says funding eligible for bursary. I'm a first year student

I’m also experiencing the same issue. I’ve been trying to call them but haven’t been able to get through, and I’m getting worried. Time is running.

I need to ask if anyone updated bank details especially nsfas beneficiaries and if anyone received sms from the institution, including data. Please if you have got brief information about... supply it.
