What are we going to create?
Throughout this step-by-step guide, you will be creating a questionnaire with Microsoft Forms using the different question types available. You will also change the look and feel using alternative themes and change the thank you message under the settings options.
The final questionnaire will then be tested, the responses analysed and then added to a myUnisa post as a hyperlink.
The questionnaire will be a review quiz for the Learning Unit 1 of a fictional module called MO365.
