Activity 01: Create a MS Form Quiz

Let’s start off by creating a new quiz.

1.    Create a new quizby clicking the New Quiz button from the Forms home page. If you select New Form, you will not be able to allocate marks for questions.

2.    This will open the Quiz Editor with an Untitled quiz. Click on the Untitled quiz text to change the name and description of the quiz. 

3.    Enter the title MO365 Learning Unit 1 Review and as a description Complete all the review questions for Learning Unit 1.
