If there's someone in a group that gives a lacking information that could end up making a presentation lack,that member can ask for help from other members so they could help by providing with few ideas that could help a member present a quality information for presentation.
Know the expectations of both the project and collaborative participants. All participants must be fulfilled for a project to succeed, and regular intervals for discussion and a willingness to adjust are needed to achieve this goal.
Talk to that particular individual and address the issue in hand.
Monitoring group processes to correct mistakes .
Number 2 : ask him/ her why did she sends some missing word's to the group
Number 3: Listen to her complaints by not disturbing him/her while taking
Number 4: we needs to find the solution to the problem and slove it by fixing the missing word's by sending full information
Helping others when you see that they are struggling by explaining how to go about the project

I would start by communicating with him or her to please edit what is not edited properly and the missing point and even help if they are willing to do that if not report him or her to the lecturer or assistant lecturer .that they have not their part properly and also mention that i did try to solve the matter by talking to them they did not burge and fix the problem hence im now reporting to the lecturer
Pair a poor performer and risk taker with someone more experienced

1. Open and respectful communication
I would speak to the member privately first to understand why the work is incomplete or of poor quality. Maybe they don’t understand the task or are struggling with time.
2. Set clear expectations and guidelines
At the start of the task, we should agree on quality standards, deadlines, and what each section should include. Using a checklist or template helps everyone know what is expected.
3. Peer review and support
We can have a review stage where group members check each other’s work before the final submission. If someone is struggling, other members can offer support or share resources to help them improve.
4. Accountability and follow-up
Assign specific roles and deadlines, and do regular check-ins. If the problem continues, the group may need to re-allocate tasks or inform the lecturer/tutor for guidance.
