some learners struggle to keep as they have to juggle work nd their studies and i'm one of those im first year and i panicked a lot this past semester i didnt where to start however i some how managed in the end as for group work luckily i didn't have an assignment that needed a group it was only forums engagement about the content and i hardly did ..working omn improving that though
1. Some members don't put in the same effort.
2.Some group members don't participate in all group meetings.
3.Not all group members do proper research and can cause the group to suffer delays or lose marks

Group work usually fails Because of lack communication if other people do not give their all time and concentration in the group they will be no communication that also a reason why group work fails and not equal participate in the group usually leads to group failing if other students will do the work and other do not .
1. Poor communication can cause group work failure, members that are not on the same page or not communicating effectively
2. Unequal work loads where some people do a lot and some less
3. Lack of accountability where no one will be holding team members accountable for their tasks
