WhatsApp is the fastest way of spreading information on social media. It is best method to interrect with each other about the project as it is able to show who's online and who is not, that will help to reveal people who don't participate since is a group work. It easy to share image such as important documents so no one will be left behind.

WhatsApp groups can get out of control if there are no rules, so these are the rules I think would be appropriate for a Unisa Student group. Please note that these rules only apply for student WhatsApp groups.

1. The group goals must be clear, and in the group description. Are we venting, discussing ideas, sharing key learning or just socialising.
2. Operational times: Having a group that is available 24/7 can be distracting and for a lack of a better word loud. So keeping the times that the group can engage will assist in that.
3. Netiquette - It is important that rules are set on what is ethical, and respectful when engaging as students.
